Despite the recent decrease in pirate attacks, it is too early to become complacent and assume that the threat has disappeared and that a sustainable solution has been reached. The main question, then, is what needs to be done in order for Somali piracy to be declared a thing of the past. The Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) Massive Multiplayer Online Game Leveraging the Internet, or MMOWGLI, provides a unique forum to bring together experts and those with an interest in discussing and developing ideas and action plans to address maritime piracy.
