Although the zoo is in Navarre, 25 miles away from Pensacola, it is a destination worth visiting.

The zoo is divided into two sections. One section offers a walking exhibit spread out over 20 acres.

The other one gives a guided train ride over 30 acres of land with free-roaming animals.
