20 Best Cruises to the Bahamas for Your Budget (2024)

Hello fellow adventurers! It’s Nasiba here with cruising tales from the Bahamas. I’m just back home from a cruising trip to the Bahamas. I did not go alone this time but was accompanied by 3 of my best friends, Michael, Kate, and Jamal.

I didn’t travel anywhere over the Christmas holidays. Not that I didn’t have anywhere to go. It’s just that most places are crowded during this season so I prefer to travel early in the year. I’ve been to the Bahamas before, so it was an easy pick for me, but I’ve never cruised there.

When I told my friends about my plan, they wanted in. We had the best time together. We booked the trip early in November so we would get the best rates and in February, we embarked on the most amazing experience we’ve ever had as a group.

The Bahamas has dreamy beaches and waters and once on board, we were surrounded by the most magical view of deep blue and turquoise waters. I’ve been on other amazing cruises, and this one was no different. Maybe better. We enjoyed comedy shows, live music (there was a whole DJ on board who played a set every sunset!), themed events, pool parties, and some amazing interactive games.

If you love Broadway shows, then you are in for a treat! My friend, Kate, is a theater fanatic and enjoyed every minute of these Broadway-style productions. We were thoroughly entertained too! Our cruise made stops along the way and we couldn’t miss an opportunity to shop and dine. We stopped at Princess Cays, Nassau, and Freeport.

At Freeport, we explored a Bahamian-style outdoor marketplace that was selling duty-free jewelry. We were so spoilt for choice and spent so much time here that we almost missed our departure time!

Anyway, this is a cruising trip I’ll not be forgetting any time soon! To help you experience cruising in the Bahamas, I’ve put together a list of 20 Best Cruises to the Bahamas.

Here we go!
